The cognac color is exactly what I hoped—rich enough to dress up but still casual for jeans. They feel sturdy yet flexible right out of the box, and the laces hold tight without slipping.

The color is exactly that rich cognac brown in the photos, and they feel warm and substantial without being clunky. I've worn them three days straight and they still look polished, which is more than I can say for most boots I've owned.
